Think I found a newer version if anyone is interested, it looks like this:

Here is the actual file with author's readme, sorry there is no description on the file for some reason Filefront didn't/won't let me edit it.

Np, afaik there is no copyright issue. Unless I missed something in the read-me the author wants people to use the mod and has not forbidden posting. These files are some I found on backup disks from the previous English Xenus fan-site.
