Mods?

I've been playing for a couple of days now and I'm enjoying it. It looks and plays exactly like the previous game.
One thing I think is bad about that though is the auto health regen. I don't know about you guys but it's a pet peeve of mine, I hate to see it.
I was wondering if there were mods for the game, and if anyone had seen something to stop that. It would give me a reason to have to learn how to make wound power and oneberry juice.
Hopefully respawn is something the WON'T have carried over as well.

I'm about to install the game on my new PC. Which mods should I install? The minimum I need is faster walking.

I don't have any idea because I don't use Mods, but the "Silent Alrik" ("Stummer Alrik") is said to be a must-have. Even the devs played it, I read.

The Mods are nice little AddOns, some items, some small Quests and new Classes, but nothing world shattering. Mostly cosmetic i.e. more colors for the Duelists-Shirt or better craftable shortswords.
