Mana regeneration

Does anyone know if a Mana regeneration mod exists?
I know its arguably not needed but i find it such a hassle to constantly guzzle potions and would like to play around with the various utility mage spells without being penalized for it.

Was the 1st place i checked tho and while there are several others asking about a mana regen mod on that site no one seems to know if one exists.
As there are potions in the game with a manaregen effect i would not think it too hard for an experienced modder to whip something up using the existing code but ive yet to find anything.
