I installed the game in the following way:
*Install main game
*Apply Official Patch 1.01
*Apply Unofficial Patch 1.5
The game is fully english (menus, subtitles, cutscenes), but without voice acting in the main game.
To restore the russian voice acting do the following extra steps:
*Copy russian sound files
*Copy english voices cutscenes

And for improved readability of menus and HUD:
* Install WG menu font mod 1.0
* Install WG HUD font mod 1.0

Thanks for the link! This makes a lot of tweaks which would not be suitable for my Unofficial Patch, but restoring the cut fish would be cool. I will take a look at it…
