Blurry hud and menu issue

No clue why this is happening.

Went back to play this game after 3 months of letting it sit and the hud and menus are all blurry.

1.5 patch installed fine, game runs fine just some things have a blur to them like they are low resolution. Changing video resolution makes no change, still blurry hud and menus

Any ideas? See pics.

Indeed, looks strange- never seen like this- question: you said 3 month idle time, any hardware changes or similar which could have caused that?, also did you install the 1.5 patch before you started after the long period or did you restart as you stopped before?
Last one- do you use ATI card (model) and FSAA/ AF enabled? 1 pic shows blurred frame, so try to disable either of above, if ATI - do you you use the fix?
NB patch 1.5 makes changes in HUD / dialogs / fonts but should not cause that, even not the map….

Finally figured this blur issue out. Was my video drivers being corrupt somehow. Full driver removal and any reg values removed, then fresh install of drivers did the trick.
