WTB some minor changes

The game has been surprisingly good but there are some minor changes I'd like to see. Are the following possible?
- Disable the shoulder-cam when weapon is sheathed?
- Disable fatalities?
- Disable waypoints in-game?
- Rewrite the journal and conversation log using the wonderful system already in place for books? (yeah yeah not a minor one
)

The first two are likely very possible when the mod tools come out. What do you mean by waypoints? If you mean the quest markers you can turn them off right now through the ini file. I play with the compass off, but markers on the map.
