If the announcement says "we'll use the cash for FO4", I'll buy it.
If it says nothing meaning "we want your cash for TESonline", instead of buying this I'll spend the money on beer and whores.

Agreed, I would really buy it, if the announced using the money for F04, no doubt about that… Ok, I would also buy it for the next TES single player game…
