What's this ?

Hello, everyone,
since I tried to do an update of my ATI / AMD graphics card driver (concluded with the message of "xyour driver is already the current one", in this sense),
I have a program here called "AMD Gaming Evolved".
What is this ?
It seems to be some kind of community-driven optimization program or so, but I have never heard of it before.
Edit : Under "About" I read that this is called "Raptr".
Does anybody here know more about it ? Can someone enlighten me, plese ?
Alrik

It's not the communitydriven whatnot, it's official AMD product outsourced to raptr.

Thank you.
What irritated me was that I don't remember any dialog asking me whether I wanted this tool or not. That's just impolite.
