Cheap laptop to Stream steam games?
August 31st, 2014, 23:02
Hello!
I'm looking for a cheap laptop ($300-400 range) that will be able to Stream Steam games at 1080p, 60 FPS.
It doesn't need to be a beastly system, just something that can handle full HD video decoding. I will be streaming the games from an Alienware system that can run any game out at 60 FPS, so I need something decent on the client side to display it.
Any ideas where I should start looking?

I can't answer your question but I have another question for you
You going to connect the laptop to the TV and play on the big screen? if you are going to use controllers to play it?

I also need a cheap gaming laptop -- but I won't be streaming from it. I'm going to be in Europe for three weeks and can't possibly live without my steam account fo that long.
