Oops - and here I thought Gamergate was over and done. :/

Need I cringe now everytime I read news about a game I backed?

Doesn't bother me as all I care about is his game.

He is just wearing a humorous t-shirt, it's not like he is rubbing his views on this in people's faces.

I like the facial animations and models they're having. CryEngine is great for this. They seem to have great attention to detail as well. I like the setting they're going for too, the fact that Christianity is a big part of the story and world, in a period and location of history we seldom hear about (the Holy Roman Empire in medieval Europe) is sure to be intriguing.

Again, my only worry is that the game will cater too much to consoles. I hope at least he won't compromise the PC version.

That trailer at the end is incredibly beautiful. And the swordfighting part before that was glorious, although I don't like seeing button symbols popping up for contextual actions, looks like a sign of consolitis.

He's just poking fun of people who insult others. I find it hilarious and kinda want that T-shirt frankly.

Still, content of the update itself has been fantastic. One of the best updates yet, that teaser at the end is stunning.

The T-shirt was the best part.

Never been a big fan of fencing.. i hope there will be some more weapons. Face animations are great, though i'm not happy untill we have something like this:

Actually I find it highly unprofessional how much game devs talk about politics. The shirt is just a comment to that effect I think, and not meant to be taken seriously.

Well why are the combat controls seemingly based so much on pressing contextual buttons then, rather than the same buttons always producing the same actions?

- Its still not finished.
- Probably because your "pool" of actions is determined by your and your enemy's reactions, stance and position of your weapon. So you are not going to repeat the same set of actions all the time. The combat system should be more fluid and deterministic. For example if your enemy deflects your sword to the left side it limits your possibilities for reaction and movement. So I think that they try to make it closer to real swordfight.

Vavra is actually an All platform gamer. He owns pretty much everything, PC, xbox 360/1, Playstations, iPads..

But CZ in general is PC centric country, I have no doubt the PC version will be fantastic.

Daniel said on his Facebook account that not a single US website is posting the video update or trailer.

Thankfully, these journalists now matter very little in the age of Youtubers, Twitch, and social networks.

Positive word will spread out about this game anyway, and the rest of us will be able to appreciate a great game for what it is.

Kudos of course to the Watch for not succumbing to this laughable pouting.
