Meriwether - Loose Ends Update

The latest post-funding update from Sortasoft has more information on the current status of Meriwether, and talks about tying up some loose ends before release.

Since our last Meri-making, we’ve focused on tying up the few remaining loose ends in the gameplay. There were a couple game mechanics that we have struggled with since the start, but we have now slain those bugbears!

With these out of the way, the game is finally in a state where we are comfortable to have you playing it without our immediate supervision. So, very very soon we will start sharing it with those of you backers who are at the Beta level and higher. We can’t wait to hear your feedback!

IIRC I am on the beta level on Kickstarter, but time for betatesting it… No can do.
At least not currently.

Geez, I said 2014. is a year to be remembered in the future for so many RPGs that are almost all great, but this is turning into having too much area.
On a positive side, having a choice between many great RPGs on PC is 100 times better than trying to find a proper game between billions of titles on phones.

This one has been brewing for quite some time, I hope they are making something really spectacular.
