To spot loot on the ground: press 'V'. Loot, harvestables and hidden items will be highlighted.

To pick up items, approach them and press 'F'.

Alternately, you can approach loot, mouse-over it, then right click to pick it up.

I still can't play the game (till friday, it is preinstalled though), so dunno if it's true, but someone said on Bio forums that space can also be used as "loot all".

Space is loot what is highlighted in the container. If it's the loot-all button it loot-all, if it's something else it just loot that, by default it's on the loot-all button.

The Tactical Camera controls are not in the manual? You really have to switch the Q/E and A/D keys. Also, Shift+Mouse to pan the tactical camera and RMB+Mouse to change camera axis.
