Default Steam - the Latest Holiday Sale

I've updated the post -- somehow I had missed all the talk about Expeditions:Conquistador. I had tried to pick games that were favorites or newly discounted or both.

Nothing there that is of interest to me this time on steam, (I already have Wasteland 2 and Divinity:OS) but a couple of weeks ago I got the acclaimed recent first person shooter Wolfenstein: The New Order for 50% off, so I was pretty pleased about that.

LOL, having said that, I just fired up steam, and now see they are offering Wolfenstein: The New Order for 66% off as part of this sale, so my deal wasn't so great after all. Damn.

This is the fall sale not the holiday sale ( which begins at the end of the december). So I think is better to wait for possible better deals in a month.

Be strong!!! Resist!!!

pibbur who is convincd that a game based on South Park can't be good, and who has firmly decided not to base this on actualy playing the game, reading reviews or user recommendations, or even facts.

I got Deux EX HR and the Bioshock pack for £10 total.

Was thinking of South Park too, but that's still expensive for South Park…

I don't know if I would bother waiting for Infinite's DLC to go on sale.

An EVENTUAL must buy. Valkyria is higher on my list, sale or no sale.

Oh, the 4X game Horizon is 70% off. That's the price for the full length of the sale, not a special.

Not strictly an RPG but if any of the watchers were thinking of recording their play of RPGs then this recording software is a steal - http://store.steampowered.com/app/269290/ - no idea if it's any good but for the price worth a look.

Okay, Dishonored is now $4.99 on Steam as well. But -- if I get it, do I need the GotY expansion stuff for another five bucks, or is that fine to skip?

From hearsay - I've informed myself and bought the game but haven't played it yet: The DLC is very good. You want it too.
I wouldn't be surprised if the GOTY Edition sells for less in the Christmas sale though. Maybe you should wait.
