PC Gamer - Guide For Games of 2015

Yes, his list was pretty impressive. Even more impressive when you consider it was a one-man project.
Too bad he stoped.

I went through the whole list in some genres I'm interested in, from rpgs to shooters to action to adventure. Honestly, its looking pretty bleak for 2015, despite a few big and promising titles, like Witcher 3 and Tides of Numenera.
These are the only ones I could find, besides those above that I already was anticipating, that were new to me and looked interesting:
Hell Raid - a melee based first person fantasy "shooter" type game, with what looks like pretty cool and detailed melee combat (swords, axes, and so on)
Resident Evil - they apparently are remaking the original game in HD, and it is looking good for those like me who enjoy this kind of zombie shooter game.
Solarix - a sci-fi stealth adventure/shooter game.

Well I don't agree as every list had games I'm interested in. Especially the strategy list. I can't wait to play them all in 2015, but I understand my tastes are different.

It was Adrian Werner, and he stopped in 2013. The site still exists, but is not updated anymore : https://adrianwerner.wordpress.com/about/.

Interesting, there are a *lot* of horror-themed games (I'm not surprised over that), and very, very little with humor in it … I take this as a proof that my prediction is right, that the "dark & gritty" fashion is indeed there.
Or did I see / interpret something wrong there ?

I noticed it was a mix of horror and other mature rated games.
Still out of the whole list I'm looking forward to playing episode two of Game of Thrones. I was surprised it was nothing like the TV show, but it's definitely for mature players.
I would look at the Daedalic adventure games if your looking for the colorful kind.
