No. They don't.

Edit : You can still get it for Drakensang 2 : http://www.amazon.de/Drakensang-Flus…rds=drakensang

The imho better one for Drakensang 2 is seemingly sold out.

Edit : You can get the book for Drakensang 1 used : http://www.amazon.de/Das-schwarze-Au…rds=drakensang

More material, everything in German language :

- Very, very good background compendium for both Drakensang games : http://www.amazon.de/Drakensang-Vate…rds=drakensang

- Eilifs Treasure - what happened to Eilif before she came to that pirate town (solo adventure) : http://www.amazon.de/Drakensang-Eili…rds=drakensang

- Hoard in the Depth - Eilif's treasure got lost in the Long River (the one of the game), now she tries to get it back : http://www.amazon.de/Drakensang-Hort…rds=drakensang

- The Curse of the River Father - shows the background of why Thorwalians have that curse not to be able to proceed much on the LOng River (it's not at all that interesting as it might look like - this adventure was scheduled for release shortly after Hoard in the Depth, but got layed aside + transferred into an modern times TDE adventure, meanwhile all the other adventures I listed here are contemporary adventures for Drakensang 2, except The Cult of the golden masks) : http://www.amazon.de/Fluch-Flussvate…lu%C3%9Fvaters

- The cult of the golden masks - a side step adventure taking place in that very first village (the starting point) of Drakensang 1 (it shows a bit more background information) : http://www.amazon.de/Drakensang-gold…rds=drakensang

- "Das Ferdoker Pergament" - the novel to Drakensang 2 : http://www.amazon.de/Ferdoker-Pergam…rds=drakensang

If I remember correctly we talked about it some time ago. We were undecided if that curse was really effective. How much were Thorwalians afraid of it.

Alrik, could you tell me more about the background of this adventure? I remember that an evil cult appeared in Avestrue. And heroes go to find them. And it shares similar background with "Ferdoker Pergament". More in spoiler…

Spoiler – Plot behind the cult

About that cult more in spoilers :

Spoiler

About that curse : I can't say. It's probably safer to ask in the forum of Ulisses again ?

I recently picked this back up and have been playing on my YouTube Gaming livestreams. I have to say, I adore this game! It's just a lovely RPG experience and I'm very grateful I'm able to play it. Simply a great, great game.
