Many reviewers of all kinds have used five star systems forever. Five doesn't usually mean perfect. Normally a system like: crap - poor - OK - good - exceptional. Just means its top division.

10/10 in game reviews never means perfect, though. Otherwise why have a 10/10 score in the first place? No game is ever perfect!
