Gamestar.de read in Ubisoft's financial report that Obsidian's South Park RPG sold more than 1.6 million units so far.

That's better than i expected. I wonder what Obsidians cut was out of that.

All a matter of negotiations. So unless somebody can provide a source we basically know nothing.
To me 1.6M units, many of them for mid to low price, sounds rather unimpressive given that South Park is a well known brand.

Sorry but any sales number over a million is IMO impressive.
Why it didn't outsell candy crush saga… Dunno. I don't think the problem is the game itself.

Well if they ever make another South Park RPG, they might want to actually include the RPG next time.
