Hm, was there full frontal in the previous games then?
Definitely not in the Witcher 1, I don't remember any of the cards showing the female sex explicitly… Neither do I really remember it from Witcher 2… Though I guess maybe my mind is so used to seeing stuff like that I hardly register.

Best scene in the game is where there is no actual sex and Geralt is chained to a bed with Triss and Yen drinking wine. So that is something to think about.
