A Pillars of Eternity … card game?

Did everyone else already know about this? I've just gotten an announcement that a Pillars of Eternity tie-in card game is being developed in collaboration between Obsidian and a board game company called Gaming Rules -- Lords of the Eastern Reach.
Judging by the the video it's much more a Euro-style kingdom-building game with a wargame aspect than a pure head-to-head combat game in the vein of Magic or Hearthstone. I am into Euro-style kingdom-building board games (neeeeerd…) so I just might kick in for this.
Naturally, there's a Kickstarter, but they're only looking for 30K.
