Bethesda Games Studios recently teased an upcoming Fallout announcement:

Cool. Likely another year though before release.
The quest design, C&C, and story will suck - that's a given. What I'm curious about is what ideas they've implemented from what Obsidian and modders have done with FNV. E3 is unlikely to answer that with its hyped up CGI trailer.

I just wasn't expecting something official before E3, but I guess with the number of leaks coming out they thought to capitalize on the strong desire for another Fallout game. Given the twitter response from indie and mainstream games media, they won't have to work very hard to hype this one. It practically hypes itself.
