Angry Joe's The Witcher 3 review

It was made before patched extinguish/ignite issue plus Joe's statement just explained why he sucked in Risen games.


Please, don't just scroll to the final verdict, it's nothing unexpected. It's a show fun to watch so if you have time to pass a half an hour, there it is.

Putting aside his idiotic sketches he threw in, he did give a good review and obviously he was really excited about the game. Or he just acted out. But I do hope his excitement was genuine.

I did skipped the most of the sketches, but the lighting the candles instead of talking to NPC did gave me a chuckle.

Oh, he has a problem with Risen? Coming from Angry Joe does not mean a lot to me.
And I did like all three, because I know better.
And, K/M all the way! Joe has no idea.

Well honestly, his reviews are more for the fun( hit and miss most of the time) and not the most thorough ones…you can see that with how he handled Risen. He is almost like a child, gets easily carried away, good or bad, but I think he is pretty honest about it. I stopped watching him and a lot of others reviewers after all the stellar praise they gave to Skyrim.
Karak from Angry Centaur, is in my opinion, one of the best youtubers around when it comes to reviews.

Joe has bashed every risen game - including risen 1 which was one of the more memorable rpgs i've played. I think his review of risen 1 (3/10) was quite unfair and unprofessional. He did not even try to learn the combat system which by the way the highlight of risen 1. He didn't even want to enjoy the vast open gameworld, clever puzzles or fun magic spells. He just looked for reasons to bash it. Did he mention the wonderfull score Kairo had writen or how great voice actors (Andy Serkis, John Rhys-Davies, Lena Headey) piranha bytes had hired? Nope. Or what about how much fun it is to explore such a rich gameworld? Sure he must have praised that and noticed the ammount of detail in it.. yeah right.
