For those on the fence of whether or not to buy this game…

As a side note, Karak from ACG, did an interesting comparison between Wild Hunt and Arkham Knight…

Eh?
But comparing any game on PC with Arkham Knight is silly, AK is currently a broken mess, any game compared to it will feel fantastic.

He's comparing the console versions.

If your game comes locked to 30 FPS on a PC equipped with SLI GTX 980 duo and then drops to a few FPS often, that's something that IMO isn't blown out of proportion.
Reminds me on Thief remake, the port that was frequently dropping to 20 FPS on me when released until I forced the game to run in 32bit mode (which means, the reason was a bad code).
I don't have the game, but am following steam threads with different experiences, plenty of data to learn there, seems that the game also has a memory leak (kills both RAM and VRAM).

Ah, okay then. That seems to be fair although I'm not sure how to compare a fantasy medieval setting with a modern superhero game.

Eh…I've probably been spoiled when playing on my old laptop, breezing through Witcher II with around 8 fps.
I have an R9 380 and a new pc and damn it feels weird.

I don't always agree with Joxer, but when I do, its because hes right.

Agreed.

Funny though… Arkham Knight: Metacritic - 4.5/5; Gamespot - 7/10; Eurogamer - 4/5; GamesRadar - 4/5… some reviewers will have shitload of explaining to do! Unless they have reviewed only the console version.

That review is an hour and half long! Yikes!

Just skip to the criticisms, and summary at the end…

For that part alone, I agree the review is spot on.

Well, you can watch an IGN review…no less than 5 minutes, really outdid themselves this time.
Seriously, though, I have no idea how those guys manage to stay in business.

I'd rather not watch a review. Videos are overrated. Writing is more than adequate and a huge time saver, both in production, and in consumption.

Thankfully, Gamespot still includes the text of the review with their videos so I don't have to sit through painful (and long) video reviews.
