I started it tonight and it's quite unforgiving in combat. It is very easy to die if you walk in the wrong direction, though only a party wipe means restore to last save. Dead members revive if one person lives to the end. You'll need a thief if you want to have a good chance to unlock treasures. You can choose custom and spend the skill points where you want them to go.

I played a little bit last night too. Pigs are the best CC ever!

However, it would be nice if you could see a critter's level BEFORE you engage in combat. Sometimes you can, but since you talk to this guy before combat starts, his monster status doesn't start until you're in an ambush type situation..

Wow lol it is brutal when starting out especially on hard, you don't even have nearly enough money to buy spells or armor for your guys! Love it!
