It is not.
If only it was.
The worst games Bio made are NWN, NWN2 and Dragon Age 2.
Also, the worst game made by Bioware is not on your list.

True, I got enraged on the codex troll. Only later I realized I'm feeding it with wrong info.
Still, it was the same bullshit in the worst engine ever made.
That game you linked is a consolegame. It's impossible to make a list of worst consolegames as 90% of them are worst.
9% are so so, 1% worth something.
Anyway, being a consolegame automatically disqualifies it as it's supposed to be worst.

I'm not surprised a modern vast open world game can offer 6 hours free play without fretting about people milking it; by the time you've designed your character and endured the opening collection of cut-scenes you've only got 2 hours left to pick some plants, kill 3 bears and close two rifts…

If TW 3 doesn't require the Origin platform to play, it wins by default. As would 99% of other game in existence that don't need Origin. The end.

So is the first hour of the game representative of the rest of the game? I mean, it doesn't even have one bear.
Seriously, though, you can see where BioWare puts the production value. It hits hard and it is cinematic as all Hell. Does it keep up like that?
For some reason, the game plays at a steady 60 FPS (a guess, I haven't measured) while the cut-scenes dip into somewhat of a stutter.
Anyway, the action and story so far were entertaining enough. If that's the tone for the whole game (optional and boring MMO grinding notwithstanding) then it's a game I'll likely purchase in the future.
P.S. That is, if there will be bears later on.

There is a fix for the cutscene stutter.
