Righty PC Cases
August 29th, 2015, 03:37
What's the story with almost all desktop PC cases having the motherboard on the right side (as you face the PC)? If you place your PC on the right side of your desk then any window on the case is going to be a bit silly. If there's an actual fan there, it's even worse. It's not a motherboard thing - just turn and twist the motherboard and you're set. The cards will be on the top and the ports on the bottom but it will work fine… IF you can find a case to support it.
Origin has inversion options for their builds but finding a reversed case is way harder than seems reasonable.

Guess that optics was never an aspect to me (besides of having a black case). Right now I even have a window in the case and I am going to change that with the next case as a solid "wall" cannot create own noise and dampens noise further.
