I remember having some fun with this one back in the day, and I always loved the Al-Qadim setting. We'll see how well it holds up.
Now, where's my Dark Sun?

I never played this one, but the campaign setting looks pretty cool.
Unfortunately, it appears to be more of an action-adventure game than a typical D&D RPG.

I remember enjoying this when it first came out and being quite disappointed that there was never a sequel!!

I didn't like this much, as I found it pretty shallow and not RPG enough for me.
Also, I've never really been a big fan of desert settings.

I've never actually played this game. It looks cool for its time through and the gog reviews sound positive. I must say I enjoy the setting in general so maybe that would make a difference for me.

I remember playing this for the first time when it came out and thinking, "This is what happens when D&D meets Zelda."
