Embedding Flickr Photos

Anyone know how to do this in posts? I can't believe they've made it this difficult. I really hate to new photo sharing services. Much too complicated and obtuse for their own good.
EDIT: NVM I figured out, but it was a major PITA. If someone knows an easy way pls let me know.
