Wow, how did you avoid that? you never listen to radio, go to shopping malls, gyms, buses, public events or such? Please tell me your secret!
Shopping malls don't do music here because of music industry royalties. Instead, they run commercials.
Gym? LOL Sure, I should get some more physical activity but count me out of anything that means no-brain-use. I'm grinding hater, so either it'll be basketball, football, use brain with the body stuff or nothing at all. Speaking of activity with at least some brain, dancing also comes in mind. Will try to visit a disco over a weekend. Proper disco. With proper disco music. If it still exists.

Public events? Like? Not sure what you mean by that.
There is no secret. Happens that I just don't visit "zones" plagued with rubbish. I got lucky.

Communism?
What definetly does exist is socialism and communist party. Neither socialism or communist party are linked to "citizen salary". It's basically a global civilization matter just like slavery that doesn't exist any more and just like today's child labor that exists regardless of political system.
Modern civilization added a category that didn't exist centuries ago that's called: human rights. That thing you won't find only in autocracies. Feudal, capitalist, socialist or another, doesn't matter. If it's autocracy, forget anything ment for common people, just one person is Judge Dredd there.

Surgeon ( Much better to do with Robots actually, as they are more precise )
The exact anatomy varies from patient to patient. The vermiform appendix (appenicitis), for instance may be positioned all around the proximal colon. Small, but not too small to cause bleeding, blood vessels are found all around the target region, each of them must be localized using both visual and tactile clues. Same with nerves. Incisions should be performed carefully, respecting stretch lines and the alignment of tissues (splitting fibers is much better than cutting them). If possible.
Unexpected complications must be taken care of on the spot. And quite often deciding what exactly needs to be done, depends on what is found during the procedure.
And I could go on and on and ….
No, I don't believe robots can replace surgeons, not for many, many years to come.
…One of the important tasks of nurses is talking to (with) the patients, who may be scared, confused, sometimes non-cooperating…. I don't think many patients would feel comfortable talking to a machine..
Nurse ( Robot )

I don't think HHR is so far off from the truth. People tend to need structure and organization in their lives. Some kind of jobs would probably be good for keeping everyone in psychological health in my humble opinion.
I believe and hope in a positive future where the technology eventually makes the current economy change and people will no longer be forced to work to be able to survive. Some kind of socialistic government seems reasonable at that point. Life will be safer and easier. However, I'm not certain all aspects will be positive just because personal income turns less important. Like someone wrote, we are still primates, and I'm pretty certain we will keep doing pretty nasty things to climb the social ladder, gain/keep social influence and advantages in life. True equality is never any political groups agenda in my experience. It seems difficult for us humans somehow.
Then again, humanity might change in other ways. What happens if we advance in fields of human engineering, combining technology with biology. Improving our brains power? Changing our personalities? Improving our life span? Life is full of possibilies, for good and bad. The only thing we know is that our predictions of the future are mostly far off

As for nurses, they might get a more "companion" like role, while the robot nurse handles things like feeding, medication and so on. The advantage is the the machines will not forgot things give the wrong pills or other such a "human" mistakes.
