Weeeell… difficult to say without watching the move. From the trailer it does look a bit like a cross between Witcher and Highlander

The movie is about evil witches and a witch hunter cursed with immortality. It has more in commons with the Spooks book series or Constantine than The Witcher series.

It is based off Vin Diesel's old D&D pen&paper character though (random trivia, he taught Judi Dench to play D&D on the set of Chronicle of Riddick).

Eh, I'm a bit disappointed no one made a Hexxxer (original translation from Polish would be go something like that) movie so far. They'd have to throw some of it out…too much stress on the actors.

Here is an example, fourth chapter, Witcher I /Polish episode of Santa Barbara:
Celina loves Julian.
Julian loves Alina.
Alina loves Adam and Adam loves Alina, but Alina and Julian are to be married.
Geralt shows up and bangs Celina.
