KoA: Reckoning - KoA's Best Quest
December 20th, 2015, 15:34
I remember the house of ballads idea as being interesting, but the problem was that the story behind their quests wasn't really integrated that well into the gameplay. Maybe there was a lot of text somewhere about why you were killing the troll to get the ring, but the gameplay was still just kill troll, get ring. It would have been more interesting if they could have had you play a more active role in the story.

Combat was kind of gimmicky but fairly enjoyable…. I switched classes (destinies) quite often and had a blast with different traits (specialties?)… also did crafting…. does anyone remember the Universalist?
It was a cool class .. ahem destiny… I dunno I feel this was a legit RPG, better than nearly half of what's out there but sadly unappreciated

"… thing about Morrowind is we did far more than we could, far less polished than we should. It's a miracle that it works at all… there's too much, and it's like jazz… a product like Oblivion - far better software… but Morrowind… oh there's so much delicious nonsense in that." ~ words of wisdom by K.Rolston

I liked the dlc quests the best. For difficulty, try youngneil's mod. It changes things a lot.
