Dude, quick guide.
1) Open Start Menu and select 'Run'
2) Type in 'cmd' to bring up the command prompt.
3) Type 'ping rpgwatch.com' or 'tracert rpgwatch.com'.
4) Enter the resulting IP in e.g. GEO IP Tool
Result:
