Equipment suggestions

Ok so I am currently near the end of the game. My next quest is going to the boat where avallach is but right now I'm playing heart of stone DLC and started recently. I just beat that immortal guy.

I'm currently level 35 and using the Mastercrafted Wolven witcher gear set and feline crossbow. What is the ultimate gear and weapons in witcher 3? Any advice I wanna get them.

Also what is the upcoming DLC Blood and wine about and when's the release?

Depends on your build…for sword/signs hybrid, Wolven set is best. As for weapons, this is definitely the sweetest girl in the game ( one of possible rewards from HoS):
