Are the expansions too easy if I use my level 50 or so Gerault from the main game?

Looks like there is an embargo lifting later today, but someone had a leak which was promptly removed. Looks like Blood and Wine adds 90 quests and 40 POI.

90?!
WTF? The game itself has total of 90 quests, and this is DLC, you sure about that number?

I have this game sitting only GoG shelf over there and I never played so I ask you:
a) Does TW3 have level cap? What is the max level?
b) Since both expansions bring out new quests, POIs, etc, will this level cap be increased? (I couldn't find this piece of info)

After beating it your first run, getting every item(protectionist), beating every quest etc. redoing them all over again is just meh.

If I had known the expansions were going to be so good, I might have held off playing the base game… Ah no regrets.

I'm not sure if I want to play the expac. I mean, I know I'm going to die when I face this
I found that gif on neogaf, it spoiler a new monster in the game.

I'm waiting for the new Nvidia GTX 1070s to come out next month so I can play this beast of a game (and the base game + first expansion) with all the eye candy turned on at 60FPS. That 8GB of video RAM on the 1070 will sure make this sweeeet. Playing The Witcher 3 was painful on my GTX 660Ti with 2GB vram.

Finished it.
My primary complains about it remained until the end: too much cutscenes (in the main quest, which is all I really bothered in doing). In fact, my ending was 20 minutes of cutscenes (I didn't skip anything).
It was entertaining though and the landscape is pretty. The change in tone toward the end was kinda weird though, I felt like I was in Van Helsing for a moment…
