Wonderfully dark.
Also dark… and relaxed.
Steinbolt, some violent /whatever/metal imitation.
An absolute Squarepusher classic from 1996, he's a wizard @ drum programming, also a bass guitar player, which is used as well. Great buildup of energy, classical form, best track maybe he's ever done.
Also listening a lot to elseq 1, especially 13x0 step and pendulu hv moda which show… how else things can be done…

Enjoying the latest Pet Shop Boys single remixes
Pet Shop Boys - 'Say It To Me (Offer Nissim remix)'
Pet Shop Boys - 'Say It To Me (Tom Demac remix)'
Pet Shop Boys - 'Say It To Me (Real Lies remix)'
Also this synthpop classic from 1990'ish I can't stop listening to.
Anything Box - Living in Oblivion (St James Club Mix)
And an album that had a HUGE influence on my musical "education", "Songs in the the Key of Life"
A couple of my favorites from it
Stevie Wonder - Another Star
Stevie Wonder - As
Stevie Wonder - Sir Duke
Stevie Wonder - Isn't She Lovely

Nice.
Digging up more sonic treasures from my past. Rather depressing but aurally fun.
Depeche Mode - Black Celebration
Not sure of a favorite track, but these tickle me.
Fly on the Windscreen
Stripped
But Not Tonight

Though the monsters lurk in the hateful marshes, I will dance on the Stygian river.
And I will be beautiful. For though I am not pure, I am honest.

Here's one by OMD from the mid 90's that was a bit of a hit
OMD - Pandora's Box (Steve Anderson 12'')
Also catching up on SalSoul so many good songs from this era. One compilation of many out there:

Ahhh, Salsoul. Now there's something I haven't heard in years! I used to dig a lot for records on that label as well as the obscure Salsoul-style LPs. Great stuff.
