Default Is it worth picking up now?

Basically what the title says - is it worth it, picking up Divinity Original Sin 2 now?

I did enjoy the first part but the Enhanced edition.

So is the second part, still in early access, polished enough for an enjoyable playthrough?

They are only releasing the first portion of act 1 during EA (this was also the case with D:OS). If you only want to play an unfinished portion of act 1 to provide input then it is worth it but they will be adding story eleements and fine tuning mechanics during EA. They will not release more story until the final product.

Thank you, I will probably pick it up soon to support them but will hold off playing until the actual release.
