At Game's End

I'm getting near the end of the main quest but still have plenty of secondary/contract quests left. Am I going to go through a big final battle then find myself facing a boatload of 'quest failed' messages?

I already got burned slightly when I picked up Uma but was able to load an old save and finish my quest with Lambert.

Postpone the damned main story and finish all those sidequests.
Contracts won't break, but some sidequests will.
