Games that made you cry

I don't like tragedy. That's why I try to stay away from certain games.

"… thing about Morrowind is we did far more than we could, far less polished than we should. It's a miracle that it works at all… there's too much, and it's like jazz… a product like Oblivion - far better software… but Morrowind… oh there's so much delicious nonsense in that." ~ words of wisdom by K.Rolston

Teary-eyed… the ending of Dreamfall was pretty sad.

I think Lost Odyssey is the only game that ever made me tear up. It was a Mistwalker RPG from Hironobu Sakaguchi (creator of the Final Fantasy series) with music by the Final Fantasy music master himself, Nobuo Uematsu. Anyway, the game also had these short story memories you would unlock, and they were written by a very talented Japanese short story writer. Long story short, between the beautiful music that played during those scenes and some of the stories, a few tears rolled here and there.
The game itself is great, too. Highly recommend playing it somehow. I think it was an Xbox 360 exclusive. Some call it the "real" Final Fantasy 13, as the game is an old-school yet updated classic, Final Fantasy-style JRPG.
