Nonsense. DA:I is not MMO. Anthem is - the test was the most overhyped and overrated garbage that ever existed in games industry: Destiny.

It's not nonsense - DA:I was about as close as you could get to a single player MMO while still calling it an 'RPG'. Lots of people noted this including Forbes magazine who started their review with a headline reading; 'Inquisition' Is The Perfect Template For A 'Dragon Age' MMORPG'.
