Since JDR has been asking for it, I stumbled on this pretty good retrospective on ME trilogy

Well there were a few shorter ones, but zahratustra insisted at least a half hour long, each.

I definitely prefer reading myself.

It's funny, but I think it requires a lot more patience to watch a video like this - than to read a piece about it.

I like videos to watch people play, either to learn a new game or to learn from experts. Reviews and comments? nah thanks, give me written pieces I can quickly scan.

Hey Bobo, don't want to 'dis your hard work man. Like many of the others have said, I also prefer reading, with an assorted clip here and there. And it is also true that the videos are a wee bit long…

Still, thanks for the effort.

Well welcome to the future as Twitch and Youtube changed how journalist do coverage of games. Nowadays it's easier to do a video then post lengthy articles.

Lets not forget about the money you earn for how many watch your videos.

Yeah don't bother reading the comments on most videos posted online either. As it always turns into a pissing contest of who is right, or wrong. Every damn time.

If you want a long, written Mass Effect retrospective, read the massive one by Shamus:
https://www.shamusyoung.com/twentysidedtale/?p=27792

He's incorrect about a few things, but most of it is accurate.
