Is there a console cheat to switch Ranger companion?

Is there a console cheat to switch Ranger companion? If so, what is the command? I'm pretty sure there is one and perhaps you have to get into the Rangers character creation screen, but I don't remember now where I read that at.
This is for a hired companion by the way.

I would think that a save editor is probably what you need. I think someone started on one, but I'm not sure how far it's come.
