Would you like an openworld kung-fu RPG?

Kung fu? Depends. If the combat system's turnbased of at least like Jade Empire, yes. If it's more like Mortal Combat, no. Unfortunately, I'm not a keyboard acrobat. So I'll wait and see.
Post apocalyptic? Open World? Most likely yes, but in the end it depends on the atmosphere and the world building. Again, wait and see.
At least it sounds like an interesting combination.

You surprise me, guys. I thought Equilibrium was a third rate knockoff of John Woo and the Matrix, strung together with a cheesy script, and deserving of a place in the bargain basket at a petrol station. The gun kata, FFS…

Besides I thought the plot was intresting enough to carry the film. The concept of suppressing emotions to make the society better is a popular concept to science fiction genre. Sure not the most orginal plot, but it works and imo actors carried their roles well enough.
And atleast Equilibrium ended up being much more entertaining than Matrix sequels which bored me to tears. During Matrix 3, I literally fell in sleep in the cinema.

I remember seeing the movie for first time, around 8 or 9?, and would legit practice Gun Kata in front of a mirror ( had to use spoons instead of pistols).
Was also pretty damn good at it.

All right, I can see I've lost this one. Let's have an open world kung fu RPG, then. With gun katas and all the trimmings.

Yes, another one here waiting for a successor to Jade Empire. I don't understand why no one has completed something that looks like this Skyrim mod. This is just what one part-time modder can do.
