I wish they would do an AoW4 and concentrate solely on the overworld map and how the game plays there.
I also liked AoW3. The tactical fights were nice, and they should just leave those alone. Where the game lagged behind was in city development, in particular. You just immediately build up everything in the simplistic system and left your cities alone after that. Fix that end of the game in AoW4, and you might have a classic on your hands.
