fallout 3 goty first time - any comments ?

I'm playing fallout 3 for the first time (yea i purchased it back in 2008 but never played - well i did play for about 10 hours but windows 10 can't find my windows 7 save - and now i'm working on backlog )

any special notes for windows 10 - in one hour i have not had any crashes but should i be concern ?

Anyway any suggestions/comments - also while graphics are not bad are there any easy to use mods that will make graphics significantly better ?
(I chose s:4 p:7 e:5 c:2 i:7 a:8 l:7 - hope that works)

No there was never a mod that complied or listed them.

Though there are few textures mods for both games.

Any must take stats or perks at start of game (level 1-3) ?
