I've used the IF version of eating since 1993, and to this day cannot imagine consuming any food before lunchtime. It certainly isn't for everyone, out of all the people that I know, not a single other person around me does this.

Let's see:
1. Friday. Bad. Small breakfast, large late lunch consisting of a large Fatburger and fries. For dinner nothing.

2. Saturday. Not too bad. Small breakfast. No lunch. Small snackish dinner of beef jerky and tortilla chips (ugh)
3. Sunday. Terrible. Small breakfast. No lunch. Snack of Jerky. Very late dinner at Jack in the Box. Late night special.

That's all very naughty, but it is making me lust after a really good burger.

You know what they are now calling a "keto" diet has worked for me in the past (aka South Beach or Aitkins diet). But it's hard to stay away from carbs.

EDIT: A great burger is my weakness too. I usually go here for one. They make a great multigrain bun burger with excellent side salads.

I have a serious weakness for ice cream, and the occasional Snickers bar. Then I punish myself =xxxx.

Now I am struggling with my fat belly. I am not a fan of gym 'cause I have a problem with my spine. So I decided to look for alternative ways. Now I follow low carb diet and attend once a week beautyfixmedspa center. I signed for ultrashape as their specialist assure me in positive results in 6 procedures. Well hope it's true.

scientists at the University of Illinois at Chicago*are warning that if you exercise too much, it could be just as bad for you as not doing any at all.

In my prime I played Ultimate and could bench-press 300+lb; these days i hate the gym near me but when I work out I can still do around 190-220 depending on lenght of break. For weight loss I found that adding an hour of walking a day can help (I tend to walk 3 miles an hour - and try for 4 miles a day; but boredom can be a problem).
-
I'm a not that large; in my prime I was around 152lb; now I'm close to 163 and I feel fat. I consider 155lb or lower beach weight but find it harder to maintain a fix weight as I get older.
-
Ultimate Frisbee is a great way to drop weight if you are still able to run.
-
btw I live in boston which is a 'walking city' and sold my car when I moved here. So walking is some what required for basic things like going to the store and movies (yea movies are a basic necessity). Of course if you break your toe you will find yourself hopping to the doctor.
