Vampyr - Launch Trailer

DSOGaming reports that Vampyr has a launch trailer.

Focus Home Interactive has released the launch trailer for its narrative-driven action-RPG, Vampyr, which releases next week on June 5th. Recently uninstalled Life is Strange: Before the Storm, NOT done by Dontnod. Couldn't take the truckloads of teenager junk in Chloe's diary. The first installation was waay better for some reason.. Somehow Vampyr, this genuine Dontnod production is not making me thirsty at all. We'll see Life is Strange 2.

I refused to buy LiS:BoS. Good or not, it's an obvious cashgrab - LiS didn't need any prequels.

Vampyr launch trailer is okay for a game with horrible hair, but I'm still clueless why the game is PEGI18. From materials I've seen so far, doesn't look disturbing at all.

I quite enjoyed LiS: BtS. It did not have the same quality as LiS, but showed some important aspects of who Rachel was and why Chloe was so devastated when she was gone.

What is with this trend of making a decent trailer but playing horrible music in it?

I was surprised to see a werewolf in the trailer. I hadn't seen any mention of them being in the game.

So Riordan/Stroud is a Vampyr now instead of a Warden? The main character sound very much like Stephane Cornicard.

I'm still unsure about buying this game. I'm not really in a "vampire" mood right now.

Cool video, I actually loved the music in it. Still not sure if I will play though as not a big vampire fan but perhaps.

I'm a pretty big bloodsucker fan, have been since the Anne Rice craze in the 90's; I'll be playing this even though it's way more… action-y… than I like.

it seems "ok" judging from the ones that already got a copy… this comment though; "The combat is really, really clunky but the worst part is the respawning enemies. Save at a save room and they just respawn back with full health. "

that shit does not belong in these games.

Ugh, I'm not a fan of instant respawns at all. Perhaps that will be addressed before the game is completed.

How would anyone already have a copy? Was it leaked early?7

It seems like some people who ordered physical copies got them a little early.

I've just cancelled my preorder. If anyone cares.

Will wait for a possible norespawn mod before buying. It's not mainstream I can't really hope such mod will ever be made.

Reminds me of Adam Jensen a bit. Why add a werewolf though?
