The first one I remember had some pretty good ratings on the Neverwinter Vault. Never played it though.

Played the original Campaign on NWN, and the two mods on NWN 2.
It's a good drow story that has many possible endings in the NWN version, but the NWN 2 version is incomplete. Sadly the third part was never released or finished.

Then your out of luck as the ones listed are the longest NWN campaigns. Seems the focus wasn't on leveling & hardcore rules, but long length with most NWN 2 mods.
Though check out Path of Evil it might fit your criteria. There was also an abandoned mod called The Kitchen Boy but it's incomplete , and missing files on the vault.
Anyway check out the vault mods as the stats for the mod are listed.

The Hero’s Path is a bunch of sequences of mods curated to take you from level 1 to 20. Though I found it more fun to pick and choose mods to make my own path.

How long is Miller's Dark Waters long? Can't seem to find any info on it.
Also a shout out for Tales from Lake of Sorrows: one of the best mods ( of any game I've played), don't see it mentioned a lot.
Really great, down to earth, low to mid level campaign adventure.
