Hello,
I found this article via another web site. it's from Wired, the magazine, as it appears to me.
It is an … almost unbelievable (and very long) story … even more unbelievable in this state of "fake news" flowing … But this particular story is far too long and too detailed, imho, to be "fake news".
It is about the darknet, and about hitmans … and about real murder …

In the US we have a problem with people 'swatting' people where they report a crime in progress (such as a hostage situation) to the police and watch the swat team arrives. Unfortunately the innocent by standards have no clue what is happening when the swat team arrives and a few people have been killed by mistake….
