I think my picks would be a tad more eccentric…
-Quark (DS9) The first main-cast character who was more bad than good. Yet at the same time had his occasional moments when he was quite sympathetic.
- Tom Paris (Voyager) Not particularly impressive in any special way and a rather frequent screw-up, quite the contrast to all the more accomplished & successfull characters.
-Ships Computer/Majel Barrett For me, her voice will forever be synonymous with what a talking computer should sound like
