I don't think this is RPG really.
For whatever reason the game demo was removed from steam but those interested can still try it:

I am really curious how this one will turn out. Never played the first, but I was intrigued enough to back the "remake"…
Of course it all depends on your definition of a "RPG", but to me it sounds like you're playing a role. I don't think it has any stats or levels though, but someone who actually played the first game might want to weigh in.

The game does use some RPG elements. No question about that.
But… So does FarCry3.
What kills me any chance to even give it a shot - it's time limited. Once 12 ingame days pass, it's game over. In RL where once your heart stops it's game over.
Well, I don't want time limitations from RL in my videogames. Remember that I was asking for Kingmaker cheats to remove silly timers from quests. Some people adore all kinds of races and seems there are millions of those thus the popularity of GTA5, I loathe such stuff - I can and will win any race, but I'll also hate such product as to me it's just not fun.
If that sounds confusing… I do not want to play any timer based product. Regardless of genre.
