Never understood why hardcore Christians play fantasy games and then check compatibility to their faith. It's fantasy, who cares?
Looks like another christian effort to align their faith with non christian habits.
The scale supernatural/occult means nothing by christian standards: anything that is not from the one god is banned.
This scale makes it look as if a bit of supernatural or occult is okayish by christian standards when it is not.
Old christian habit, war was not compatible with original christian tenets then work had to be done to allow christians to join the ranks. War was too good a means to be ignored in the quest for power.

The Apostle Paul frequently quoted Greek philosophy, religious ideas, and the poets in his writings in the New Testament. He became familiar with the learning that was all around and was able to separate what was ungodly and even godly among it. He would have had to make himself familiar with non-Jewish understanding (and he was very familiar) which made him the perfect choice to become the Apostle to the Gentiles.
Running your life by a strict set of can and cannot do's (such as not eating meat) Paul referred to as immature but contrasted the Law with the Law of Grace. Christianity is not a system of beliefs that doesn't allow to breath but one where you live your life by a set of principals, so enjoying your life by playing video games is not unchristian.

Jesus who was reported as frowning upon people chosing habits of life over their love for the one god, the way it works.
